Very light wine and balsamic notes easily discernible from Castell del Remei. I expected more body, though I liked (and surprised at once). Gotim Bru 2007 is a smooth and fresh wine, even having had a 10-month aging in oak barrels.
Has accompanied a duck breast to perfection, preceded by some artichokes and grilled bread with aioli.
